The School offers subjects aligned to National Curriculum including English, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, Visual Arts, Drama, Industrial, Technology and Design (ITD), Health, Physical Education and LOTE (French).
In the Junior Secondary Department students are offered a range of electives including Food Studies, Outdoor Pursuits, Media, Visual Arts, ITD and Drama.

Distance education and online learning can also be offered for Junior Secondary students to align with the transition into the senior phase of learning and career goals.
Instrumental music is offered at our School and this is also supported by an excellent classroom music program. Our Wallumbilla State School Concert Band is well known throughout the Region.
